We are looking for an experienced Japanese-speaking Consultant to join our Specialized Consulting Center (SCC) team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Software Developer Consultant 2, SCC - Japanese speaker

The SCC team supports Guidewire Cloud customers in two ways : first, by engaging with customers after deployment to support changes to their production system, including new feature development and defect resolution; second, by collaborating directly with customer development teams to support Guidewire deliveries through specialized service offerings in critical areas such as performance, new feature enablement, and production delivery, ensuring alignment with Guidewire cloud standards and best practices.

The Role :

As a Software Developer Consultant 2 with the SCC team, you will work within our Centers of Excellence to deliver specialized service offerings directly to our customers. These offerings support customer implementation and post-production deliveries to ensure success.

We seek a decisive, skilled technical problem solver with mentoring experience and a desire to learn and develop specialized skills. You will join our dynamic, expanding global team of technical consultants at the forefront of Guidewire's cloud transformation. Strong communication, logical thinking, and a focus on quality are essential.
