We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to become the essential link between cutting‑edge technology and core strategy at our bank, where he / she plays a critical role to partner the business to identify, evaluate, and champion transformative AI‑driven solutions that directly align with our strategic objectives. This role is a high‑impact position where you will :

  • Engage with top‑tier AI vendors to rigorously assess and understand the market’s most advanced technologies.
  • Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption, building compelling business cases and securing crucial buy‑in from key decision‑makers and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Drive measurable business impact by seamlessly integrating innovative AI solutions into our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore AI Solutions : Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and vendor offerings to identify solutions that align with the bank’s objectives.
  • Vendor Management : Engage and build relationships with AI vendors, evaluating their solutions for potential implementation within the bank.
  • Business Alignment : Work closely with business units, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, recommending AI solutions that drive value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Present AI solutions to business and technology leaders, articulating the benefits and potential impact on banking operations.
  • Influence & Persuasion : Drive adoption by obtaining buy‑in from stakeholders, addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value proposition of AI technologies.
  • Implementation Support : Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the onboarding, integration, and execution of selected AI solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring : Assess the success and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Compliance & Risk Considerations : Work with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policies.

    • Jobholder Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing and analysing data.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
