Penerangan pekerjaanCollaborate and take part into mold design, modification, and preventive maintenance. Support mold qualification, sample runs, and tooling approval. Analyze molding defects and lead root cause investigations. Provide daily technical support to production teams and resolve process issues. Ensure molded parts meet dimensional, cosmetic, and functional specifications. Work with QA teams and prepare necessary documentation : process sheets, WI (work instructions), and validation reports. Participate in design reviews for new molds, parts, and materials. Coordinate sample submissions and pilot builds. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to enhance performance. Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, downtime, and operating costs. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 2-5 years of hands-on injection molding experience. Familiarity with mold / tooling; experience in automation industry is highly preferable. Knowledge of molding machines.

- Develop, set, and optimize molding parameters for new and existing products.
- Conduct mold trials, process validations, and capability studies.
- Improve cycle time, material efficiency, and overall process stability.
- Implement DOE (Design of Experiments) for process improvement.
