About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Production Engineer to join CME EDARAN SDN BHD' in their Subang Jaya, Selangor office. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in optimising the manufacturing processes and improving productivity within the organisation. This is a full‑time position.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products
Analysing production data and identifying areas for improvement in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Implementing lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste
Monitoring and optimising equipment performance and maintenance schedules
Providing technical guidance and support to production staff
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

Minimum 1‑5 years of experience in a similar production engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Proficient in using production management software, data analysis tools, and project management techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
