Hercules Engineering is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and support our continued growth in the construction and engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across digital marketing, client engagement, market research, and event management — all within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Branding

Maintain and regularly update the company website with the latest projects, services, and achievements.

Manage official LinkedIn and other social media platforms to highlight Hercules Engineering and i-Lab Testing services.

Create engaging marketing content, brochures, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.

Client Engagement & Communication

Prepare and schedule professional client emails, proposals, and quotations.

Communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients, including Mandarin / Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.

Support engineers in delivering impactful presentations and marketing meetings.

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify growth opportunities.

Assist in developing advertising and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market visibility.

Events & Exhibitions

Plan, organize, and support trade fairs, factory visits, and industry seminars.

Ensure all marketing tools, displays, and presentation materials are professional and well-prepared.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction or engineering industry.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is highly preferred.

Strong creative portfolio or samples showcasing proficiency with design tools.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics.

Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Willingness to handle ad-hoc tasks, events, and occasional work outside standard business hours.
