Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Hilton Kuala Lumpur Hotel, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized seating chart. Additional daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
