Penerangan pekerjaanProduction process documentation and filing. Training of workers on safety usage of equipment, PPEs and compliance with safety guidelines in the factory. Coordinated with the Competent Person / OSH Coordinator to organize safety and environmental training sessions and drills for staff. Applied safety and environmental policies, along with standard operating procedures (SOPs), to promote a safe working environment on the production floor while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist in review and plan factory lay-out. Support in Company including factory, lab and office facilities repair and maintenance. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to address safety, quality, and operational issues.
Production
- Supervising of production team in production processes and working environment safety management.
- Manage the productivity & efficiency of the production team and assist them to meet their working goals.
- Ensure that workers are in compliance with the safety rules and guidelines.
- Hygiene checks on factory working environment.
- Manage incoming shipment of materials to ensure proper receiving and accuracy of the materials quantity.
- Inventory management for machine spare parts and consumable inventory (for staff use).
- Procurement and tracking of factory consumables.
- Production team’s productivity to the management.
