Senior Backend Engineer (Trading System)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our core engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain the high-performance, low-latency trading systems that form the backbone of the GRVT exchange. You will work on challenges in distributed systems, performance engineering, and system reliability.

This role focuses on trading systems engineering. Based on mutual interest and company needs, there is an optional opportunity to specialize later in our blockchain infrastructure teams (Gateway, Cluster, Smart Contracts).

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate core components of our trading platform, including the matching engine, order management systems, real-time market data, and trade data gateways.
• Optimize backend services for low latency, high throughput, and high reliability.
• Build and maintain resilient, scalable systems designed for a 24 / 7 mission-critical environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, quants, and product managers to deliver product features.
• Contribute to high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.
