Executive (Pilot Plant)

Main Accountabilities for Functional Tasks

Innovation & Development Responsibilities

• Drive pilot plant operation with the ability to organize in accordance to the plan, timeline and smooth manning upon consultation with line-manager.
• Participate in the scale-up production of new product, lead the technology of polyols and surfactants and work closely with manufacturing team to deliver products within specifications.
• Support the startup of pilot plant with commissioning of pilot plant equipment, ensuring all pilot trials and processes in accordance to the safety standards.
• Lead and supervise all new launches scale-up from pilot plant to commercial batch including new product samples to customer within designated time frame.
• Work closely with marketing & sales team to fully understand market trends, needs, applications and providing solution via new product development.
• Cooperate with internal (PCC & PCG) R&D community and external technical partners to explore value added projects.
• Ensure strict security and confidentiality protocols / governance are in place to protect company's and customer's credibility and trust.
• Prepare documentation of work done, propose conclusion based on results obtained and timely report to line-manager and management.
• Support on data provision towards constructing TDS and SDS of new products.
• Work closely with management, marketing & sales, production on improving existing products via new feedstock, catalyst, manufacturing parameters (batch time, pressure, temperature, etc) and other related matters towards performance and commercial excellence.
