about the role

They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to Principal to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Principal’s office, manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and appointments.
  • Handle internal and external communications (emails, letters, bulletins), manage the Principal’s inbox, and liaise with departments on school matters.
  • Maintain and update student and staff records, school calendars, staff handbooks, and confidential HR-related data.
  • Assist with recruitment admin up to job acceptance, track staff salaries, and coordinate information with HR.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, track follow-ups, manage expenses, and assist with personal tasks such as home helper arrangements.

You will be reporting directly to the Principal

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
