We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to support our growing team. The primary focus of this role is recruitment – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Over time, the role will expand to cover other HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Senior HR in managing full recruitment cycle.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms (Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment records.
- Support onboarding process for new hires (offer letter, induction, documentation).
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Provide support in other HR functions as needed (payroll, employee relations, HR admin).
- Liaise with government authorities & statutory bodies.
- Support management in employee engagement & performance management initiatives.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years' working experience in Human Resources (with strong exposure to recruitment).Degree in HR or related field.Good knowledge of Employment Act & HR practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.Comfortable working closely with senior HR team members and management.
