ACCA Tax and PM (Performance Management)

Job Purpose : The ACCA Faculty Member for Performance Management (PM) / Taxation (TX) will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lectures aligned with ACCA’s approved syllabus and Blackstone’s academic standards. The instructor will focus on ensuring students achieve exceptional results through effective teaching strategies, continuous assessment, and academic mentorship.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Teaching & Learning Deliver structured and engaging lectures based on the ACCA syllabus (PM or TX).

Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.

Incorporate real-world case studies, exam techniques, and ACCA examiner insights.

Ensure classes are interactive, concept-driven, and aligned with ACCA-approved standards.

2. Academic Support Conduct mock exams, quizzes, and progress tests regularly.

Provide timely feedback and performance reports for students.

Identify struggling students and offer extra academic support sessions.

Coordinate with the academic team to maintain high student pass rates.

3. Curriculum & Content Development Develop and update course notes, question banks, and learning resources.

Review and align materials with the latest ACCA syllabus and examiner reports.

Collaborate with the content development team to prepare recorded lectures (if applicable).

4. Student Engagement & Mentorship Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and professional ethics.

Support academic counselling and student motivation initiatives.

Participate in open houses, demo sessions, and webinars when required.

5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain attendance, academic records, and student performance data.

Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and Head of Department for academic planning and results review.

Attend faculty meetings and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Qualifications & Experience : ACCA Affiliate / Member (mandatory).

Proven expertise in Performance Management (PM) or Taxation (TX).

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at an ACCA Approved Learning Partner (preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.
