Responsibilities
Monitor pending orders proactively and follow up without needing reminders. Manage the full sales order process independently, from order taking to invoicing. Identify and resolve common order-related issues (e.g., stock availability, pricing discrepancies, delivery timing). Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and outbound teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Accurately input and update customer orders in the system. Develop a basic understanding of product knowledge and customer profiles to support sales activities. Respond promptly to simple customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Requirements
Education : Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage. Experience : No prior experience required; training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn online / e-commerce platforms. Other Skills :
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks responsibly. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
