In this role, you will provide dedicated support to the Business Development and Client Success teams, with a focus on serving clients in Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving business growth and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide essential support to the Business Development and Client Success teams in all sales-related activities.
- Manage and coordinate incoming sales enquiries, quotations, process orders, handle invoicing and payments, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, deliver accurate product and service information, and assist in resolving any issues or complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Support, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :
Proficient in English communication skills across languages.Quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand technical concepts efficiently.Resilient and adaptable, capable of handling rejection and applying feedback constructively and promptly.Previous experience in the Fintech industry is an added advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.How to Apply :
