Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. The role combines TikTok live hosting, social media content creation, and WhatsApp sales closing. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, building trust, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Host TikTok Live sessions daily to promote products, engage with viewers, and drive sales.
- Handle incoming WhatsApp leads promptly, provide product information, and close sales.
- Achieve daily sales target of approximately RM2,500 through effective customer engagement.
- Follow up with potential buyers to increase conversion rate.
- Create engaging TikTok content (short videos, product demos, promotions) to attract organic leads.
- Perform basic video editing using Canva or CapCut to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas for content and campaigns.
- Maintain a positive brand image and deliver excellent customer service.
