We’re on the lookout for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be representing exclusive overseas property investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals and investors.

Accountabilities

  • Engage and build relationships with prospective investors to promote property investment opportunities in the UK, UAE, and other international markets.
  • Conduct consultations, presentations, and webinars to educate clients on overseas property investments.
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and overseas property developments.
  • Maintain a strong client database and provide ongoing support to investors post-sale.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property investment seminars to represent CSI PROP.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate, banking, financial advisory, or investment consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and engage with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with property investment trends, particularly in the UK, UAE, and other international markets is an advantage.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Has passion for the real estate industry.
