You’ll make a difference by :
- Managing Order & Inventory Processes : Overseeing end‑to‑end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy, system recording, and timely fulfillment. This includes monitoring inventory levels, conducting annual stock counts, and reporting on stock movements.
- Coordinating Logistics & Supply Chain : Collaborating with internal team and logistic partners to ensure efficient delivery schedules, accurate documentation, and proactively resolving any related issues with stakeholders.
- Supporting Financial Closing Activities : Assisting with month‑end closing by ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, preparing essential journal vouchers (e.g., for warranty, freight & duty), and coordinating with the finance team for reporting and audits.
- Providing Customer & Administrative Support : Maintaining accurate customer records, professionally handling inquiries, and supporting customer account management, including order follow‑ups and after‑sales coordination.
You excel in :
Education : Holding a college or university degree in finance, accounting, or business with a focus in finance or accounting.Experience : Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or business administration.Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise with MS Office, ERP, SAP systems, and Power BI.Language Skills : Fluency in English (written and spoken).Analytical & Digital Acumen : Possessing strong analytical skills, experience in digital reporting, and process automation.Collaboration & Communication : Being a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.In return, we offer :
