Assistant Manager - Marketplace Growth

We’re looking for a Assistant Manager - Marketplace Growth who’s passionate about online retail and ready to make an impact. You’ll manage day-to-day marketplace operations, optimize product listings, and execute campaigns that drive visibility and sales.

This role suits someone hands‑on, analytical, and eager to learn , who enjoys owning results and working independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily marketplace operations — including product uploads, pricing, stock updates, and campaign setup.
Support execution of promotions and mega campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora .
Optimize product listings and content for visibility, accuracy, and conversions.
Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion) and share insights for improvement.
Keep track of competitor pricing, offers, and trends to stay ahead.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, logistics) to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations.
Coordinate with marketplace manager on campaign opportunities and feature updates.

What You Bring

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E‑commerce.

1–3 years’ experience managing or supporting marketplace operations.

Experience in sports, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently.

Data‑driven mindset with good Excel and analytics skills.

Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented.
