Perform AMLA risk code tagging for new or existing client as per Manual form or through online portal. Remediation purposes on client trading account upon request. IDSS, Leap Market & DF registration. DMS – upload the TAF, Updating form into KTREE upon reviewed by Compliance Officer. To arrange and filed all documents accordingly.

CDS Transactions
- CDS A / C Opening, Updating, Reactivation, Closing, eDividend registration, Balance Enquiry, CDS Shares Transfer, Update Signature & eStatement.
- Process Bursa Anywhere (BA) applications.
- Update CDS Master Maintenance.
- Error List checking and updating (AS400)
- CDS Reports printing & checking.
- Authorisation & Revocation of Authorisation for Balance Enquiry processing.
- Data entry on Account Consent Maintenance.
- Bursa Depository Monthly & Daily Submission.
- Handling Transmission of Title (Deceased) cases.

Duties will be assigned according to the individual’s designated functional area within Securities Operations Department.
