Provide technical support to end users on desktops, laptops, and related peripherals.
Perform first-level troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software / application issues.
Handle hardware installation, configuration, and testing .
Demonstrate a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products .
Assist with basic network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Office 365, etc.).
Maintain and troubleshoot computer peripherals such as laser printers, barcode printers, and scanners.
Carry out ad hoc IT tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support or computer hardware maintenance.
Independent, proactive, and hardworking with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is an added advantage.
