Penerangan pekerjaanAssist with the processing of accounts payable & accounts receivable transactions Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Prepare debit notes, credit notes, invoices, and statements to customers Controlling credit and chasing debts Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management Provide administrative support to the accounts & finance team, including data entry and filing Monthly Performance Allowance 13-month salary (including 1-month yearly bonus) Staff Training Annual Leave up to a minimum of 14 days upon confirmation Medical Claim up to RM1000 yearly includes dental, optical, body check-up, and health supplements Medical and Hospitalization Leave Medical and Hospitalization Insurance 5 Working Days EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Requirements :
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above education
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred)
- Hardworking, responsible, self-disciplined, and strong attention to detail
- Possess analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
