Provide leadership in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring until completion.

Accountable for achieving project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards .

Oversee and manage the project budget , ensuring spending aligns with approved financial limits.

Develop cost-effective strategies and solutions to enable efficient project execution.

Ensure all permits, licenses, and legal documentation are obtained and up to date.

Prepare and present progress reports to the Project Director and Project Management Office.

Make strategic and operational decisions to resolve project challenges and maintain progress.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to avoid delays, cost overruns, or reputational damage.

Lead coordination and communication with project teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations .

Maintain high levels of stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
