Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
  • Provide supervision and assign tasks to team members; review working papers completed by staff and draft audit reports.
  • Coordinate all phases of the engagement, including quotation execution, engagement letters, client communications, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, availability, job planning, and scheduling.
  • Maintain contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
  • Provide on-the-job training for staff.
  • Supervise findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff.
  • Participate in and / or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
  • Assess and provide feedback on staff performance for evaluations.

    • Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years of related audit experience required
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices
  • Strong people, project and client management skills
  • Coaching and counseling skills
  • Ability to delegate work to others
  • Works well independently and with others
