About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, management, customer service, partners, and IT developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge in Motor Insurance API integration or projects
Assist in gathering business requirements, system design, testing, deployment, post-production & documentation
Find technological solutions to improve business processes & customer engagement
Analyse data to inform smarter business decisions
Added Advantage :

o Knowledge in AI / API / programming

o Knowledge in RPA / Automation / Cloud Management

General Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience

Customer-focused & able to work independently

Own transport to commute to Desa Sri Hartamas

Working hours : Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm

Willing to work off-hours for deployment, production issues & high-severity incidents
