Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote F&B outlets, events, and seasonal promotions. Drive foot traffic and reservations through digital, print, social media, and influencer marketing. Collaborate with chefs, F&B managers, and operations teams to create compelling promotions. Manage content creation for menus, signage, social media, email marketing, and websites. Maintain brand standards across all F&B marketing materials and platforms. Build partnerships with influencers, media, and local businesses for brand exposure. Plan and coordinate F&B events, launches, and tasting sessions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach) and optimize strategies. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities. Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships for creative and media services. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality or F&B industry. Strong understanding of branding, food trends, digital marketing, and guest engagement. Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS, reservation, and CRM platforms (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content design. Photography / videography skills for F&B content creation are a plus.
