Buyer

Managing and controlling the company’s external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of Materials for production.

Ensure materials are bought at the latest quoted price and delivered on time for production.

Ensure Purchase price is valid for particular quarter, and both Supplier and Customer having the same purchase price as updated in system.

Continually improve purchasing methods and setting up necessary flow for the purchasing related matter.

Ensure meeting the material buffer strategy per require by management / customer

Resolve Discrepancy (Doc, Qty, Unit price) which related to inventory and purchasing matter.

Maintaining component’s standard unit price and item info in the system for Reporting purpose.

Maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors

Ensure ontime Report submission (to customer) with correct data 10. PPV Tracking 11. Materials shortage / EOL / Quality issue tracking and close

Job Requirements

Experience in manufacturing inventory system (SAP or similar)

Preferably with 2~3 years working experience in Purchasing of manufacturing environment

Good in mathematics and communication skill
