任职资格

• Possess a DIPLOMA in Pharmacy or a related field.

• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Pharmacology.

• Exhibit knowledge of Pharmacy practices and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers.

• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory effectively.

• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages.

• Willingness to work full-time at the Persatuan Penyelesaian Pengguna Dan, Jalan Wawasan 2/1, Bandar Baru Ampang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia location.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

岗位职责

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical supplies, including monitoring stock levels, ordering new supplies, and managing expired medications.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with their medication-related inquiries, offering advice on over-the-counter products, and processing transactions.

• Prepare and label medications for dispensing, including counting pills, measuring liquids, and packaging medications according to established procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist in the preparation of sterile products, such as intravenous medications, under the supervision of a pharmacist.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the pharmacist when necessary.
