Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mass Communication, Media Studies or any related field Fresh graduates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply Rotational Shift between 7am - 10pm (5 days work & 2 off days - Non-fixed off days) Proficiency in Native Hong Kong Cantonese Language (Read / Speak) Good command over verbal and written English language Prior work experience in a LPO / Regulatory work, Social Media platforms are a plus Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets / countries Mature & analytical High on team work and engagement Basic Package (MYR 10,000 to MYR 11,000, approximately HKD 18,000 to HKD 20,000) KPI Incentives Shift Allowance

Job Description :
We are seeking for native Hong Kong speakers who are fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team in Malaysia . In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing online content, handling customer complaints and copyright-related issues, and ensuring the accuracy of updates on a popular social media platform.
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing Online Videos / Content / Complaints / Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work or material.
- Reviewing / updating contents on a popular social media platform.
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.
