Bancassurance Business Development, Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• To achieve the business budget assigned by the company.
• To monitor sales performance of each sales staff and provide necessary coaching & guidance to meet the business objective.
• To provide marketing support & services for the credit related & non credit related banker.
• To impart the banker with products and selling skill knowledge to further improve the credit & non credit related business.
• To ensure the banker is well informed and follows the selling guidelines set by regulators.
• To keep track / monitor the sales figures and take necessary action plans to achieve the business budget assigned.
• To have monthly business reviews with Area / Centre Manager / Branch Manager to gain their support to drive the business.
• Regular visitation to the bank branches assigned.
• Keep bankers updated on business submissions and information of products, services and guidelines.
• Report daily marketing activities to immediate supervisors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of work, including product knowledge, processing procedures, regulatory guidelines, and competitors' information.
• Work closely with administration in head office to maintain service standards.
