JOB REQUIREMENT

  • ⁠Minimum 1 year working experience in property sales or related field.
  • Preferably those specializing in Property / Real Estate industry or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Work well under pressure and highly motivated.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • ⁠Attend to all sales inquiries, provide property information, and handle after-sales services, including loan

    • applications.

  • Support direct marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches.
  • Manage daily operations at the sales gallery, including customer engagement, project presentations,

    • mortgage advice, and post-sale support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
  • ⁠Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
