Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Johor Baharu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and training the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting products and services, and driving sales to achieve company goals. The role also includes coordinating marketing initiatives to support sales activities and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs for the sales team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
