Business Development Manager

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and close new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.

Manage and grow dealer networks to achieve sales and margin targets.

Influence project specifications through engagement with A&D firms and consultants.

Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategies and regional planning.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting for leadership visibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or dealer / channel management.

Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, or B2B solutions.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).

Desired Skills And Experience

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Existing relationships with A&D firms and corporate clients in Malaysia.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Ability to interpret project specifications and pricing structures.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
