System Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, designing, documenting and testing of our applications through comprehensive testing, documentation, and process improvement. A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in application development especially for government sector, and the ability to deliver walkthroughs or training sessions to core users / trainers, stakeholders, and rest of the client’s users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Responsibilities : Systems Analysis & Design, Requirements Gathering, System Implementation & Integration, Troubleshooting and Support
  • Analyze complex business problems and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, model, and document SOP of Business Process workflows.
  • Recommend improvements for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions.
  • Oversee and participate in system design, testing, deployment, and integration activities.
  • Ensure systems comply with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Advise team member and conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full system development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Mentoring and Guide QA, SA and Trainers on the system requirement and underlying objective of the built application.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Lead on boarding session, system demo, system training, system walkthroughs, and CR validation sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Senior QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes, standard and documentation.
  • Very good in technical documentation write-up, technical diagram (i.e. use case, workflow, architecture, ERD).
  • Hands‑on experience in software testing and test script writing, and test process.
  • Intermediate skill in SQL script and able to demonstrate in the project.
  • Experience in handling change request issues, documentation, approval process, and versioning.
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies (.Net, HTML, CSS, C#, APIs, database).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advance knowledge in Halal and Islamic shari’ah is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging walkthroughs / training sessions.
