Internship for ePension Operations Students - Up to RM2,000 | September Intake

Job Description :

• Support in transforming Hong Kong Pension market to e-channel processes.
• Engagement in daily BAU processing specifications, documentation, and project deliverable.
• Assist in managing and maintaining an up-to-date case list, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely follow-ups.
• Responsible for arranging and sending acknowledgment emails for incoming cases and preparing interim or follow-up responses as required.
• Assist in investigating and verifying data related to assigned tasks. This may include reviewing documents, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze and study individual cases, helping to categorize them according to predefined criteria to ensure effective management and resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of case reports, summarizing key findings, status updates, and any other relevant information as requested.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of cases.
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining electronic records etc.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. We seek English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to effectively communicate with internal or external parties.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays.
