BRIEF :

The Business Development Executive is pivotal in bridging the gap between our marketing and sales functions, ensuring that market strategies are effectively translated into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and channel strategies, while working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, review, and set product pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Plan and execute trade programs, promotions and campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Expand market presence through both B2B (dealers, distributors) and B2C (direct customers) channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct field visits to assess market conditions, customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Work with dealers on product display, merchandising, and ensuring brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Provide input for product development and market positioning strategies.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required or assigned by superior / management from time to time.
