Sales Director (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Lead client presentation and consultancy during business development stages
- Attend site surveys to examine solar photovoltaic (PV) project feasibility and provide Engineering team with relevant information for PV system design and layout drawing.
- Execute marketing and branding activities such as preparing sales kits, contributing to online and print advertising, and participating in exhibitions, roadshows and seminars.
- Undertake other sales, marketing and business development duties specified by Management from time to time.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or business relatedAble to work independently with minimum supervisionSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closePassionate and in-depth knowledge in Renewable Energy IndustryProactive, driven, creative and passionate about green technologiesTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skillsStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsMicrosoft office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in major languages with effective speaking and writing skillsPossess own vehicle and willing to travel for workBenefits :
