Overview

✨ Bring your creativity to life and design landscapes that inspire! At Tong Sun Nursery, we believe every project is an opportunity to create beauty and value. We are looking for a passionate Landscape Designer to join our team and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing innovative landscape design concepts and plans that meet the client's requirements and enhance the surrounding environment
  • Preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, cost estimates and invoices for landscape projects
  • Convert leads into potential clients through persuasive communication and design proposals
  • Manage project timeline & milestones : site visit, design draft, quotation, presentation, and deal closure
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and high-quality design
  • Collect and respond to client feedback during and after project completion
  • Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business
  • Coordinate with Operations team for smooth project handover and execution
  • Provide support during project implementation to ensure design intent is maintained

Qualifications

  • A degree in Landscape Design or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in landscape design, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
  • Strong proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to design
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
