Role Description

This is a full‑time role within the Elite Development Programme at AAV Advisory. As part of this hybrid role based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, with some flexibility for remote work, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored takaful solutions, educate them on financial protection options, and help them make informed decisions. You will also engage in professional and personal development to enhance your skills and advance your career in the financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills for identifying client needs and advising on suitable takaful solutions
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Passion for finance, the takaful industry, and delivering client‑centered solutions
• Experience in financial advisory, sales, or customer service is advantageous
• Flexibility to work both onsite in Shah Alam and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in finance, business, or related field preferred
