With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for procurement of Silicon parts which are PMIC, Controller and DRAM commodity and ensure purchases are released within company standard policy and terms negotiated. Process purchase requisitions, placement of order and perform PO rescheduling per MRP report on monthly basis. High awareness on the fluctuation forecast and well control of inventories by execute PO rescheduling and cancellation if required to ensure inventory levels are met within goals set. Collaborating extensively with vendors and warehouse personnel to timely receiving and expediting of material to ensure continuous support to the production line and no line down. Maintain good communications with Global Commodity Manager (GCM) to establish and manages supplier performance and assist in building effective partnership. Work closely with internal parties to achieve zero materials liability and minimize excess / obsolescence. Perform vendor performance appraisal on quarterly basis and continuously monitor suppliers’ delivery and quality performance through supplier scorecard key performance measurements. Support materials purchases for new product introduction (NPI) project in collaboration with GCM / core team. Preparations of reports as required by superior for corporate reporting purposes Qualifications

Required : At least 3-5 years experience in procurement operation with commodities related to semiconductor parts Strong knowledge about material planning, purchasing, supplier management etc. Preferred : Better with projects management like VMI, Short LT, Safety stock. Skills

Strong analytic skills & presentation skills. Trouble shooting & problem solving skills SAP & Oracle system experience. Teamwork & Influence skills. Additional Information
