Export Executive (Fresh Graduates welcome!)

About the role

Ace Canning Corporation Sdn. Bhd. & Ace Distributors Sdn Bhd' are seeking an experienced Export Executive to join their team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the export process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to international customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating the export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment logistics
  • Liaising with international clients to understand their requirements
  • Preparing and submitting accurate export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
  • Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining detailed records of all export-related activities and preparing reports as required
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in export regulations and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to provide a seamless export experience

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and customs procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with international clients
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex export-related issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
