Export Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
• Co-ordinate & Negotiate with a variety of people, such as Customers, Operations Team, Shippers, Agents and Customs.
• Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
• Familiarity in ensuring that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
• Setting up meetings with clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
• To assist to face and manage all existing export customers enquiry and orders
• Communication with internal team and external shipping agents or customs to fulfil the order.
• To assist finance team to follow up with customers payment.
• To be based in Malaysia with occasional travel when required.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
