Key Responsibilities

Position : Senior Web Developer Digital Banking (L3 Support)

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 technical support for digital banking web applications.

Ensure timely resolution of production issues and minimize downtime.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Support backend integration with Oracle databases and middleware systems.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure).

Contribute to automation and continuous integration (CI / CD) processes.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and release notes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint deliverables.

Technical Skills

Mandatory :

Front-end : React.js (P4 Expert), JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Database : Oracle

Operating Systems : HPUX, Linux, Solaris

Good to Have :

Languages / Frameworks : Java, JSP, Spring, XML, SQL, Unix Scripting

Web Content Management : AEM Forms / Sites, TeamSite

Practices : DevOps, Agile methodologies, Management reporting

Other Requirements

Proven experience in web application development and L3 support within banking / financial services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps tools for deployment and monitoring
