Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities for front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes tailored for F&B teams.
Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
Participate in staff engagement initiatives, training coordination, and wellness programs.
Draft HR documentation such as offer letters, HR policies, memos, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the pre-opening team to support manpower planning, orientation programs, and operational readiness from an HR perspective.
Conduct research and support continuous improvement projects aligned with HR best practices in the F&B industry.
Perform general HR administrative tasks and provide support on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in the F&B industry and a passion for people development.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-organized with good attention to detail and time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
