Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a Diploma in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Demonstrate proficiency in Fitness Training and Personal Training techniques. Exhibit excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their fitness goals. Possess comprehensive Health and Wellness Knowledge to provide informed guidance. Ability to provide Nutritional Guidance and develop personalized meal plans. Provide exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement effective Exercise Programming tailored to individual client needs. Demonstrate Sales skills to promote personal training packages and gym memberships. Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Lucrative commission structure - Top performers can earn up to RM7,000-RM10,000 and more including commission every month. Responsibilities
- Design and direct workout programs that are customized to the member's needs and goals, conduct small group classes for the gym
- Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor and initiate new member orientation.
- Be good communicators and attentive towards members' needs, being willing and able to adjust workout programs and follow through their requests and present self professionally.
- Able to maintain current clientâs retention and also focus on monthly new personal training clientâs revenue.
