( As a Business Development Manager, you will : - Acquire and secure merchants, negotiate competitive offers, and structure partnerships that meet client requirements. - Achieve personal KPI of 15 permanent merchant agreements per month and lead the team to meet the same target. - Drive brand partnerships that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. - Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the Business Development Team, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence. - Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to SOPs, deadlines, and compliance requirements. - Monitor deal quality, business processes, and client deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of integrity. - Prepare and maintain management reports (Merchant Master List, weekly updates, monthly commissions). - Develop strategies to strengthen merchant engagement, retention, and long-term partnerships. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand merchant networks.

Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
