We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Executive to spearhead the dealer development program for our in-house security brand – JAVIN & IDIS. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new dealers across Malaysia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys opening new markets, and is motivated by growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and onboard new dealers for the JAVIN & IDIS product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective dealers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and dealer segments.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective dealer needs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly dealer acquisition targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and dealer needs.
- Report weekly on activities, pipeline, and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or channel development is an advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Independent and resourceful – you must find your own way to develop the dealer network from scratch.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Why Join Us?
