Strong understanding of logistic management systems, inventory control, and distribution processes Experience in Custom formality & handling of L / C, DA & DP shipments Have knowledge in SAP system Strong communication, analytic skills & reporting Mandarin proficiency both written & verbal Strong leadership and team management skills. Responsibilities :
- To support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations
- Manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage & lead the Logistic & Warehouse team performance to ensure day to day operational activities are carried out systematically & smoothly.
- Implement & continually improve logistics & warehouse operating procedure & processes.
- Resolve problems concerning warehouse, transportation, logistics man power allocation, delivery issue.
- Working proactively with various departments to maximize efficiencies and manage expectations.
- Ensure profitability by managing costs, invoicing accuracy, and financial reporting while working with internal teams to maintain a positive cash flow.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager.
