About the Role :

This is not your typical Business Operation internship. We're looking for a

right-hand to the Founder

—a sharp, resourceful problem-solver who can transform ideas into structured plans, anticipate needs, and bring clarity to fast-moving priorities.

Think of this as a

Chief of Staff training ground

. You'll learn how to operate at the leadership level, build mastery in communication and strategy, and grow into a role that is highly sought-after in startups, corporates, and beyond.

What You'll Do :

Capture and structure the Founder's ideas into clear documents, memos, and presentations.

Build impactful decks, research briefs, and proposals that drive decisions.

Anticipate priorities, manage information flow, and keep projects moving.

Solve problems with grit—finding creative solutions when resources are limited.

Act as a "force multiplier" : enabling the Founder to focus on what matters most.
