GW Care Solutions is part of a dynamic group of companies delivering comprehensive Project Management Solutions for the Oil, Gas, and Water sectors. We provide full-spectrum Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services with a proven track record in energy and utility pipelines, industrial infrastructure, and power generation facilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role requires a combination of technical product knowledge , clinical understanding , and strong sales acumen to promote and sell orthopaedic implants and related medical devices to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions. Key responsibilities involve : Sales & Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Clinical & Product Expertise, Sales Execution & Reporting and Market Intelligence & Strategy.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science , Nursing , Pharmacy , Health Sciences , Engineering , Business , or related field (medical or technical background preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopaedics , trauma , or surgical implants .
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the healthcare or medical device industry.

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of orthopaedic anatomy , trauma care , and implantable medical devices .
  • Ability to learn complex product portfolios and articulate clinical and technical features to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with operating room protocols and sterile techniques is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation , negotiation , and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans .

  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards for medical devices is a plus.
