Overview

Regular cleaning of AHU & FCU filters & replacement of spare part. Respond to tenant complaints of building issues. Assist building management Project Works.

Responsibilities

  • Regular cleaning of AHU & FCU filters & replacement of spare parts.
  • Respond to tenant complaints of building issues.
  • Assist building management Project Works.

Qualifications

  • At least SPM, Diploma or certificate in related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
  • Has technical understanding of building maintenance.
